Terms and Conditions


Booking and Payment


  • All advertised rates are per night.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance must be paid upon check-in.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or mobile money.
  • Rates are quoted in Nigerian Naira and inclusive of all taxes and fees.


Check-in and Check-out


  • Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and will incur additional charges.


Cancellation Policy


  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date will incur a 25% cancellation fee on the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit amount.


Apartment Usage


  • The apartments are strictly for residential purposes only. No commercial activities are permitted.
  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property or its contents during their stay.


No Smoking Policy


  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartment and living areas. 
  • This includes indoor spaces, outdoor areas except the rear balcony, and vehicles owned or operated by the organization. 
  • Violators of this policy will be subject to a penalty of ₦500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira). 
  • The penalty must be paid at checkout. 
  • Repeat offenders may face additional legal action or permanent exclusion from the premises.


Security and Safety


  • Guests must comply with all security protocols and instructions provided by the on-site security personnel.
  • The management is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings or valuables.


Utilities and Services


  • Electricity, water, and Wi-Fi are included in the rental rates.
  • Housekeeping services are provided on a daily basis. Laundry services may be requested at an extra cost.


Liability and Indemnity


  • The management shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by guests or their belongings during their stay, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the management or its employees.
